Mémère’s is a French-Canadian-inspired bistro located inside the newly reimagined Neptune (formerly The Dean) Hotel. I photographed the restaurant and a selection of dishes for an upcoming Travel + Leisure story. The areas of focus for this shoot were highlighting the warm, cozy atmosphere of the space and the restaurant's take on classic French-Canadian dishes.
